When
someone once said that good things come in small packages
they must have been thinking of this new charismatic young
UPW-developed talent. Entering the ranks of our fed at the
tender age of 14 aftering seeing Ultimate Pro’s presence
at a WWF pre-Wrestlemania Fan Access Event at the Anaheim
Pond; Nate was allowed to try out at prestigious Ultimate
U. and to everyone’s amazement he was soon able to
effortlessly move in the ring with the best of them. “I
remember it so well,” says Nate, “that night when I came
home from the first training session with Mike Bell. I was
so sore but when I turned on wrestling to watch that
night, I had a whole new appreciation of the sport because
I realized just how difficult and demanding it was.”
Since that happy day for both UPW and this unbelievable
mat upstart, the blonde afro-ed brightly clad L’il One has
worked tirelessly to improve his talents as well as please
his many fans making special trips to see him at our
weekly light shows and recently to the Galaxy Theatre.
Explaining that he analyzes old and new tapes both day and
night, (when not studying for his high school classes, of
course), Nate also has worked on perfecting his many
in-ring comedic moves, as well as his agility and great
mobility in the squared circle, (aided greatly in this
regard by UPW superstar and personal trainer Smelly who
has taken the young talent under his wing to help L’il one
become bigger, stronger and a master of those important
skills).
Having now been a student of Ultimate U’s best instructors
from Bell to Damian Steel to Tom Howard to Spanky to Mikey
Henderson to the Ballards, this terrific and on-target
teenage mini-tornado is getting better by the day and will
continue to skyrocket into future UPW venues promising his
growing fanbase more creative chills, thrills, spills and
above all, nonstop mat fun!
