"13-5"

All I can say is that I’m truly disappointed.

Of all the people I thought I could rely on, it would have been Horshu. To turn on Tom Howard, someone he considered a friend; that was just sick. To make matters worse, how could Horshu align himself with people like Big Schwag and Bison? To see these men embrace and stand hand-in-hand just makes my skin crawl. (Did that sound right?) Anyway, I promise that I will be personally dealing with Horshu and Schwag face-to-face at our next show. There is no way I can let something like this go unnoticed. Rick Bassman has put his trust in me and so have the UPW fans and I will do what’s best for them and for our UPW champion.

While he has a big mouth and I certainly helped in shutting him up at the Laughlin show, The Miz impressed me with his in-ring capabilities. For a man who has been training less than a year he certainly looked sharp and I have a feeling the Miz will make it big in this biz.

To clear up any misunderstandings, I have reinstated Hardkore Kid at the request of the Ballards and they will defend their newly adorned tag titles against Hardcore Inc. on the April 19th Laughlin show.

Kudos to Todd Keneley for the amazing effort put forth over the past weekend and for doing the job of ten men. Todd dealt with talent, production and many other aspects on his own and came out smelling fresh by showing he doesn’t crack under pressure. That’s how you set a good example for the younger talent.

I talked with Rick Bassman and he seemed pleased enough with my first show as Commissioner and I am grateful to have him backing me. I just hope that I can live up to the reputation that he has built for this company.

Let the Mayhem begin!

Commissioner Pete Doyle
